Community Guidelines

Sebtin World is an unofficial, fan-run space for Carats to talk about SEVENTEEN, share their bias love, and customize their phones. It exists because fans built it, not because SEVENTEEN, Pledis, or HYBE asked us to. These guidelines explain what "being a good member" looks like here — read them alongside our Terms of Service, which covers the legal details.
1. Be kind
Assume good faith. Disagree about biases, eras, or opinions without attacking the person on the other side of the screen. Harassment, pile-ons, targeted mockery, and bullying — including toward other members, toward SEVENTEEN members, or toward anyone else — are not welcome here and will get content removed and accounts actioned.
2. No hate, no harassment
Do not post content that is hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality. Do not threaten, stalk, dox (share someone's private information), or sexually harass anyone.
3. Keep it appropriate
This is a general-audience fan community. Do not post sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or content that sexualizes SEVENTEEN members or any real person without their consent. Keep shipping, fan fiction, and fan art tasteful — save anything mature for spaces designed for it, off this app.
4. Content ownership and respect for source material
Post your own photos, videos, art, and writing. You own what you post here (see the Terms of Service, Section 4), and you're responsible for making sure you have the right to share it. Sebtin World does not include or distribute official SEVENTEEN photos, videos, music, or artwork — this app is a space to talk about the group, not a place to redistribute copyrighted media. If you post something that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, we will remove it, and repeat infringement can lead to account suspension.
5. No impersonation
Do not create an account or post content pretending to be SEVENTEEN, a SEVENTEEN member, HYBE/Pledis staff, or another Sebtin World member. Fan accounts and parody are fine as long as they're clearly not presenting themselves as the real thing.
6. No spam or scams
Don't flood the feed or forums with repetitive posts, unsolicited advertising, phishing links, or scam schemes (including fake giveaways or payment requests).
7. Unofficial fan community disclosure
Sebtin World is an unofficial, fan-run community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYBE Co., Ltd., Pledis Entertainment, or SEVENTEEN. We built this because we love the group — not because we speak for them. Please don't represent Sebtin World, or anything posted on it, as official communication from SEVENTEEN, Pledis, or HYBE.
8. Report what you see
If you see a post, comment, or member that breaks these guidelines, use the Report option (available from the "..." menu on any post, comment, or profile) to flag it for review. Reporting is private — the person you report won't be notified that you reported them. If you'd rather not see someone's content at all, you can Block them from the same menu, which immediately hides their posts and comments from your feed.
9. What happens after a report
Our moderation team reviews open reports and can remove content (soft-deleting it, so it disappears from the app while we keep a record for accountability) or dismiss the report if no violation is found. You can check the status of reports you've submitted under Settings → My Reports.
10. Enforcement
Violating these guidelines can result in content removal, temporary restrictions, or account suspension, depending on severity and history. We aim to be fair and proportionate, but the safety of the community comes first.
